Growing up in Ontario, California, Omar Guzman developed a passion for music at an early age. Inspired by the rise of West Coast hip-hop and the impact of artists such as N.W.A, Dr. Dre, and Snoop Dogg, he became fascinated not only by the music itself, but by the creativity, leadership, and business behind it. The influence of Death Row Records inspired him to pursue a career behind the scenes, helping shape artists and build lasting brands.

Omar began his career in the entertainment industry as a concert promoter, producing live events featuring nationally recognized artists including Cypress Hill, Too Short, Suga Free, WC, Pimp C, and many others. Those years provided firsthand experience in artist relations, live event production, marketing, promotion, and the business of entertainment.

In 2005, Omar transitioned from concert promotion into therecording industry by founding Royal Bloodline Records, where he secured his first recording agreement with Entertainment One (eOne). Throughout his career, he has collaborated with A&R representatives and industry professionals associated with Warner Bros., Warner Chappell Music, Sony Music, and Interscope Records, gaining valuable experience in artist development, music publishing, distribution, branding, and strategic business planning.

Today, as Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Executive Producer of Boss Faculty Entertainment, Omar leads the company’s vision of developing artists, creators, and brands through professional music production, content creation, creative strategy, and long-term career development. His leadership is built on the belief that lasting success comes from authentic relationships, strong business foundations, and a commitment to helping creative talent reach its full potential.
